addlaraWriting doesn’t have to be solitary.

This was one of our guiding principles at Revolver, and it stuck with me. I always knew my creativity thrived in partnerships and collaborative environments like writers’ rooms, workshops, and interdisciplinary spaces. Now, with over four years of experience in the classroom, I can add to a list of things that get me out of bed in the morning: the joy of nurturing the writing and reading lives of others.

Below is a link to my teaching philosophy, as well as a list of my creative gigs, commissioned projects, and the opportunities I’ve had to serve as instructor and mentor (both in-person and remotely), in the fields of writing, rhetoric, and literature.
